Meditation

Meditation is an opportunity to find awakening in each moment, and respond with wisdom to what is needed in the world around us.    

I have been practicing meditation and studying Buddhism for over ten years with teachers in the Vipassana, Tibetan, and Zen traditions, and have received teacher training through Shambhala and the Interdependence Project in New York.  I've taught meditation on silent retreats, in workshops, and brought Zen practice to hospice patients' bedsides.   For the past two years I've been one of three senior students receiving close mentorship training from my teacher Michael Stone.
